Rely on yourself: breathwork and ice bath (Wim Hof method)

We can’t be aware about everything, and we don’t need to be. To be able to live that, means self-confidence. Discover the mystery within you. The autonomic nervous system works continuously and seemingly independently of the consciousness. Nevertheless, we can consciously support and use it. Nothing is truly isolated. There are connections between the central and autonomic nervous system which needs to be maintained like every connection. We will be doing breathwork exercise, based on the Wim Hof method, and continue with an ice bath.

A ceremonial journey with plants from our land

Organizer: Claudia Valdeón Liébana (psychologist, psychotherapist and ethnobotanist with more than 7 years of experience in traditional vegetalism, Spain).

The Iberian ethnobotanical association La Remeiera invites you to a ceremonial workshop to recover the memory of the plants of our land and their healing power. Through herbal baths, smudging with healing plants, and ritual work, we will open a space for cleansing and transformation. With song and healing instruments, we will invoke the plant spirit and its wisdom, awakening the ancestral knowledge that inhabits our land. A ritual to remember, heal, and reconnect. The voice is the sound of the soul. Movement, voice yoga, meditation — an experience with various practices, approaches, and techniques to progress in a very safe and fluid way toward our unique sound. Together, we will create a space of trust to receive, explore, unite, and enjoy our frequencies without judgment or expectations, trusting in our vibrational nature.

Thursday, November 6

Rapé and mapacho circle

Language: English – Spanish

It is very common in our human condition, when experiencing something transcendental, to want to share it with the whole world, especially if this experience is in first person and involves important changes in physical, mental and spiritual health. This session brings clarity, clears the mind, and allows us to ground ourselves in times of great tension and stress, allowing us to listen to the truth of the heart. On a physical level it helps us to detoxify, balance our systems, such as the nervous, glandular, etc.. It is also antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and pH regulator. It invites us to be present by making our daily life sacred. It is as if tobacco can deepen your faith and be able to move mountains. When the mind is calm and clear, possibilities emerge with more clarity and confidence.

Holding from the Body – Somatic Tools for Psychedelic Facilitators

An experiential workshop to integrate the body as a therapeutic guide in psychedelic contexts

Do you facilitate psychedelic processes and seek body-based tools to hold them with greater depth, safety, and presence? This intensive workshop, led by Karina Bertolotto, offers a rigorous and experiential somatic approach to enrich your practice as a therapist or facilitator.

Over more than 5 hours of theoretical and practical training, we will explore trauma through the body, how it manifests in expanded states of consciousness, and the role of presence, emotional regulation, and somatic intelligence in containing transformative experiences.

The session explores ketamine’s historical context, its pharmacological profile, and its growing role in mental health care. Led by a multidisciplinary team of experts in psychiatry, pharmacology, psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration, the workshop will present best practices and safety protocols while highlighting real-world clinical insights. The session concludes with a participatory space for reflection and shared learning.

Mycology 1.0

Organizers: Isaac Vidal is a biologist specializing in neuroscience, with a distinguished career in the field of applied mycology. He is a founding member of the Eleusis Garden association and the Spanish Society of Psychedelic Medicine (SEMPsi). He is the author of the book Fundamentals of Psilocybin Mushroom Cultivation.

Jacint Moya has been delving into the world of mycology for several years, training through specialized mushroom cultivation courses. He has focused his efforts on practical experimentation, cultivating a wide range of saprophytic mushrooms in individual and collective projects.

Antti Lehtonen developed his passion for mushrooms in the Finnish forests decades ago. His hobbies related to nature and the study of biological and environmental sciences helped deepen this connection. He is the creator of Eleusis Garden.

The workshop: We invite you to participate in our exclusive mushroom cultivation workshop for the Fuertedelica event. This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to get started in mushroom cultivation. We’ll cover theory and practice some of the techniques. We’ll also raffle off a monotube that we’ll prepare during the workshop.

In this workshop, we’ll cover everything you need to know about mushroom cultivation, including a comparison between growing from scratch and commercial kits, mycelium propagation methods, sterile work techniques, inoculation, and live monotube preparation.

Sound therapy as a tool for health - Masterclass and soundhealing

A brief introduction to the principles of sound therapy and the different instruments. We will end the session by experiencing a sound journey to feel the effects of this healing technique in our own bodies. The use of binaural sounds and frequency intervals will guide your brain into states of deep relaxation and emotional release. With the voice and overtone singing, we work with focused intention and the power of nature’s frequencies. The sound and frequencies of these instruments affect our physical body and our biofields, creating a profound sense of calm and relaxation, helping to release energetic blockages, and harmonizing and balancing our energy centers.

Ecstatic Dance

A morning Ecstatic Dance session to reconnect with the body and free expression through movement. The space is designed as a safe, non-judgmental environment without verbal instructions, where each person can explore their own rhythm and inner state in the presence of others. No previous dance experience is required—just comfortable clothing, willingness to move, and respect for the collective process. Ecstatic Dance is a free dance practice that has spread internationally as a tool for self-care, emotional release, and both personal and group connection. This session will feature a specially curated musical journey by DJ Babu.

Catamaran Adventure to Isla de Lobos

Soul & Sunday (yoga, sound journey, and vegan brunch)

A Sunday morning offering to begin the day with calm, care, and joy. The session includes an all-levels accessible yoga practice, beginning with a sound journey during the opening meditation, followed by an asana sequence, deep relaxation (shavasana), and closing with sound healing. After the session, a vegan/vegetarian brunch will be served in the natural and welcoming setting of Seven Lemons House. Participants are welcome to enjoy a swim in the pool before lunch, so bringing a swimsuit and towel is recommended. An experience to nourish body, mind, and spirit in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

Conscious nutrition: feel, understand, regulate

1:1 Healing Sessions with Pajé Kamarati Kamanawa

Pajè Kamarati Kamanawa, Romaya from Noke Kuin Tribe (Acre, Brazil), the indigenous “People of the Jaguar”, a tribe that was never conquered.

Recognized as one of the few highest leading force by Noke Kuin, Yawanawá, Huni Kuin, and other tribes in Acre, Pajè Kamarati provides healings at a Health Institute in Sao Paulo, and gives conferences at Universities worldwide.

Among the healings that Kamarati has done outside the village are:
